In addition to the full Pre-Sale Prep Consultation, the Plus option includes a detailed written summary of your consultation, giving you clear, structured guidance to refer back to at any time.
You’ll receive a personalised written report outlining key recommendations, priority actions, and suggested improvements, along with visual references where helpful to support styling and presentation decisions, emailed within 48hrs.
This package also includes 7 days of post-consultation support, allowing you to ask follow-up questions and receive additional guidance and clarity as you implement the recommendations and prepare your property for sale.

Mini Styling Packages
Our Mini Styling Packages are designed for homeowners who don’t need full staging, but would benefit from carefully selected styling pieces to help elevate their home for sale.
These packages are tailored to your property and can include decorative accessories, soft furnishings and finishing touches that help bring rooms together and enhance how the space is presented in photos and viewings.
Depending on your needs, items can be supplied on a rental basis for the sales period, or purchased to keep, and we can also arrange on-site styling to ensure everything is positioned for maximum impact.
This option is ideal if your home already has a strong foundation but needs that final layer of styling to feel complete, increase perceived value and get it marketing-ready.
* 1-day only staging is also available if furniture and accessories are only required for marketing photography purposes.
